Reaching Visby

The conference venue is Wisby strand. We recommend booking your flights to Visby airport (VBY), the nearest airport to the conference venue which is about 5 km away.

Reaching Visby through Stockholm

If you find the flights to Visby (VBY) to be expensive, you can try booking flights to Stockholm Arlanda International Airport (ARN), as Stockholm is the nearest big city.

There are three ways to reach Visby through Stockholm:

1. Book a flight to Visby from Arlanda international airport. This may require change of terminal.
2. Book a flight to Visby from Bromma airport which is in Stockholm downtown.
3. Take a ferry from Nynashamn port. It takes a total of about 5 hours including the travel to Nynashamn port from Arlanda airport.
